1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the 66z9 website, mobile site, and all associated products and services offered under the 66z9 brand (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 66z9 ("the Company") and is directed at adult residents of Bangladesh aged 21 years and above.

By completing the registration process and creating a 66z9 account, or by placing any bet, wager, or engaging with any game on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion terms, and the 66z9 Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

66z9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use a 66z9 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and are registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through 66z9 or through any other gaming operator;
• You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant, or agent of 66z9, nor are you an immediate family member of any such person;
• You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted in your jurisdiction and accept sole responsibility for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location;

Each player may register only one account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different contact details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any balances, and void any pending or settled bets placed on those accounts.

66z9 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration is a privilege, not a right, and the Company retains full discretion over the acceptance of new accounts.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 66z9 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use the account of any other player.

All activity that occurs under your account credentials will be attributed to you and treated as authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 66z9 immediately at [email protected]. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from the unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

66z9 employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, device recognition technology, and optional two-factor authentication (2FA). Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA on their account to provide an additional layer of protection. The Company may temporarily suspend an account where unusual login activity is detected and will notify the account holder via their registered contact details.

You must not use the Platform via anonymising tools, VPNs, or proxy servers for the purpose of circumventing any restriction or bypass any technical measure implemented by 66z9. Use of such tools in a manner that facilitates prohibited conduct constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits and Payments

All monetary transactions on the 66z9 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following deposit methods are currently supported:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (subject to availability)
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, enhanced due diligence may be applied to large or unusual deposit volumes at the Company's discretion.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to the player's account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business day to be reflected. 66z9 accepts no responsibility for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment method that is registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the Company reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend the account pending investigation, and withhold any balances pending the outcome of that investigation.

5 Withdrawals and KYC Verification

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 66z9 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed in the order in which they are received and are subject to the completion of identity verification (KYC).

KYC Requirements: Before any withdrawal is released, the Company requires the following documentation to verify the player's identity and source of funds:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or birth certificate with photo);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account showing the registered mobile number);
• Any additional documentation the Company reasonably requests in the course of its due diligence process.

KYC verification is a one-time process. Once an account is fully verified, subsequent withdrawals will not require re-submission of documents unless the Company has reason to re-verify, for example, following a change of personal details or following a significant period of account inactivity.

The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source of funds documentation, where the transaction is unusually large or where the account's betting pattern gives rise to concern. Withdrawals may be withheld for a reasonable period pending the outcome of any such review.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

66z9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 for new account holders. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered at the specified rate before any portion of the bonus balance may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Game contribution rates are set out in the individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses must be used within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unconverted at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without notice.

66z9 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or suspend any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any such change will not adversely affect bonuses already credited to a player's account in good standing. The Company's decision regarding all bonus and promotion disputes is final.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 66z9 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the product or game in question. Sports betting is subject to the 66z9 Sports Betting Rules, which are published on the Platform and updated from time to time. Casino and slot games are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, or such other studios as are offered from time to time).

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 66z9:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. The Company is not obligated to accept any bet and may refuse or void bets at its discretion.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault, or manifest pricing error, the Company reserves the right to void any affected bets. Players will be refunded the original stake value of any voided bet.

Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or withdrawn at any time during an event, including but not limited to periods of uncertain outcome such as a review by the match referee or an injury stoppage. Bets placed prior to a suspension will stand; bets placed after a suspension is applied but before the market is updated will be voided.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 66z9 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, voiding of all pending and settled bets, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with any game;
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes for financial gain;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt influence over the outcome of any sporting event or casino game;
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conceal the proceeds of any criminal activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documentation or financial information to the Company;
• Colluding with other players, Company employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any genuine payment made to the Company through your payment provider;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, including by using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of the 66z9 support team or other players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 66z9 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, databases, game interfaces, and marketing materials, is the proprietary intellectual property of 66z9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any such content is granted by these Terms or by your use of the Platform.

The 66z9 brand name, logo, and associated trade marks are the exclusive property of the Company. You may not use these marks in any context, including advertising or promotional materials, without the prior written consent of 66z9.

Game content provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other studio partners remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to 66z9 for display on the Platform. Any unauthorised use of such content constitutes an infringement of the studio's intellectual property rights.

10 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Company's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data Use

66z9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at 66z9 Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and subsequent use of the Platform is used for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and the delivery of promotional communications (where you have opted in). The Company will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

12 Amendments and Account Termination

Bonus balances not yet converted to real-money funds at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Termination by 66z9: The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where the Company is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation. In the event of termination for cause, any balance held in the account may be forfeited.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 66z9 is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. The Company will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and will work to resolve the matter within 14 calendar days.

The Company's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlements, and bonus awards shall be final and binding, absent manifest error.

These Terms are written in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
